From I-80 West or East
Take Exit 161 to Route I-99/220S to State College.
Take Exit 74 (Penn State University) onto Park Ave.
Follow Park Ave. to N. Atherton St.
Turn Right onto N. Atherton St.
Motel is located 3/4 of a mile on the right.
From East/Southeast
Follow Route I-99/220N to Business Route 322 (Atherton St.).
Motel located approximately 3 miles on left.
I stayed here for a week, it was very good. The rooms are well priced, and the staff are very courteous. The location is very good, with close proximity to the west side of campus and located right next to the waffle shop. The motel is not usually crowded, and has space to park your car out front. There is access to free WiFi, TV and a private bathroom.
